『Tomelia』（以下、「本アプリ」といいます）は、ユーザーのプライバシー保護を最優先事項として設計されています。本プライバシーポリシーでは、本アプリにおける個人情報およびデータの取り扱いについて説明します。

1. ユーザーデータのローカル保存と非収集

本アプリで作成・編集・保存されたすべてのデータ（テキスト、縦書き・横書きコンテンツ、Markdown、手描きキャンバス、画像、音声、チェックリスト、テーブル、暗号化キー、各種設定を含みます）は、ユーザーのデバイス内にのみローカルで保存されます。

• 当社（本アプリの開発者）が、ユーザーの作成したデータや個人情報を収集、閲覧、蓄積、または外部サーバーへ送信することは一切ありません。
• 本アプリはアカウント登録やログインを必要とせず、完全オフライン環境でもすべての基本機能が動作します。

2. 広告配信サービス（Google AdMob）について

本アプリの無料版では、広告配信および利用状況の分析のために Google AdMob SDK を利用しています。

• Google AdMob は、適切な広告を配信する目的で、広告識別子（IDFA / AAID）、IPアドレス、デバイスに関する一般的な情報（OSバージョン、端末モデル等）を自動的に収集・利用する場合があります。
• これらのデータ収集は Google AdMob のプライバシーポリシーに基づいて管理されており、開発者が個人を特定できる情報にアクセスすることはありません。

※ 有料版（Pro購入時）においては、広告の表示および AdMob による広告関連データの収集は停止されます。

3. アプリの権限（パーミッション）について

本アプリは、以下の機能を提供するために端末の特定権限を使用することがあります。これらの権限は該当機能の動作目的のみに使用され、外部へのデータ送信には利用されません。

• ストレージ / メディアアクセス: 画像やPDF・音声ファイルの添付、バックアップファイル（.dcol）の保存・復元のため
• カメラ: 画像カードへ直接撮影した写真を添付するため
• 生体認証（Biometrics）: パスコード/生体認証によるアプリ保護機能のため

Tomelia Privacy Policy

Tomelia ("the App") is designed with user privacy as its highest priority. This Privacy Policy explains how data and personal information are handled within the App.

1. Local Data Storage & Zero Data Collection

All content created, edited, or saved within the App—including text, vertical/horizontal notes, Markdown, freehand drawings, images, audio, checklists, tables, encryption keys, and app settings—is stored strictly locally on your device.

• The developer does not collect, view, store, or transmit your personal data or created content to any external servers.
• No account registration or login is required, and all core functions operate 100% offline.

2. Advertising Services (Google AdMob)

The free version of the App utilizes the Google AdMob SDK for ad delivery and basic analytics.

• Google AdMob may automatically collect and process certain device information, such as Advertising IDs (IDFA/AAID), IP address, OS version, and device model, solely for serving relevant ads.
• Data collection by AdMob is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. The App developer does not have access to any personally identifiable information.

Note: Upgrading to the Pro version disables all advertisements and halts AdMob data collection.

3. App Permissions

The App may request specific permissions solely to enable local features:

• Storage / Media Access: To attach images/PDFs/audio and save/restore .dcol backup archives.
• Camera: To capture photos for image cards.
• Biometrics: To unlock the app via passcode or biometric security.

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in functionality or legal requirements.
